For the last 15 years, Sage Mathews has
had her eye on one of the Harper brothers. Each time she came even remotely
close to catching his eye, he ruined it by taking advantage of the closest
woman around. Despite her many attempts of capturing his attention, she
repeatedly ended up suffering from the pain yet again. Having been hurt for the
last time, Sage decides to pull herself away from the bad boys of Laker.
Fate had a different plan for her… Certain surprises have drawn Sage back into the path of the Harper brothers once again, this time exposing her to their interesting...predilections. Possessing secrets of her own, she is thrown into a world she never thought possible.
One woman holds the Harper brothers' hearts in the palm of her hands, but the true bad boy for her won't allow her into his heart. Will he ever drop his guard down and finally feel the true love from a woman? Will she allow one of the Harper brothers into her heart? Or will he demolish her entirely for anyone else?

My Review
Harper's Little Spitfire by Angel Steel is most definitely 18+ and it is not meant for anyone who is easily offended by erotica.
It's never easy for me to review erotica because I always wonder what my family and friends will think when they see what I've been reading. I'm sure I turn fifty shades of red as I'm writing the review and thinking about the different scenes. But I was provided with an ARC in exchange for an honest review so I have to be honest and try not to think about who will be reading this.
There were times when I didn't want to put it down. I was so wrapped up in the story and just really wanted to see what was going to happen next. Now don't be getting any ideas. There was actually a story here and it wasn't just all sex for the sake of sex. I'm not a fan of those erotica books. I want a story.
I enjoyed the characters and even though I don't personally get the attraction of multiple partners at the same time, especially from the same family, I wasn't offended by it either. It was a scenario I'd never read before, so that made it a little interesting, but still a little weird too.
Overall, I enjoyed this read, but I do have to admit that there were some things that I felt were left unanswered, but maybe they'll be answered in a future book....assuming there is one. I'm hoping there is one and that it wasn't that I just missed something. For instance, why exactly was Mac acting like such a jerk? And why did Kaidence keep disappearing all the time?
The epilogue also really confused me. To me, it wasn't really an epilogue but more like an excerpt from the next book...which is why I suspect this might be the beginning of a series.
This was a good 4 star for me right up until the end, when I was left with even more questions not knowing if I was ever going to get answers. So for that reason, I've had to drop my rating to a 3.5. I do hope to read more from Angel Steel as I did enjoy the overall story.
